Mini Beauty Haul

Duke of Edinburgh was horrific. Like literally, I'm still recovering from the trauma. I don't even have words for how hard it was. I mean, I knew it would be difficult but I didn't realise we would be crawling up mountains on all fours and putting up tents in the pouring rain. On the Tuesday we even walked 30 miles.. That's not even normal, seriously. Our group pretty much had a breakdown while we were there. And I've still got to do it TWO MORE TIMES. Ahhhhh.

Anyway, I'm so happy that one is done with and now I'm officially on holiday! :) I'm going to Zante tomorrow and I'm beyond excited! I can't wait to be in the sunnnnn. Although, apparently it's meant to be amazing weather in England this next week. Trust England to be completely shit all summer and then as soon as I go away it's hot! I might try and line up a scheduled post while I'm away but if not, there will be plenty of holiday posts when I get back on the 1st August.

Here's some beauty bits I've bought over the last couple of weeks. I picked up this Burberry perfume from Secret Sales (if you aren't a member you should sign up - they do such good sales!) for only £35 and it smells really lovely. I also ordered these bubble baths from Avon. They were 3 for 2 or something, so I decided to get them.. I love my baths! I was kindly sent the TOMA Nail Mask and MAD Cocktail Hand and Body Lotion in Strawberry Daiquiri from Mad Beauty. The lotion smells so yummy! And the nail mask works really well. I've never tried a nail mask before, but it was really fun! You put it on, leave it for about 10 minutes, then peel the mask off and it leaves your nails really smooth and conditioned. I will do a proper review on it soon.

Any of you doing anything exciting over the summer? See you next week! xxx

Black, Gold and Green

Bag: Oasap*, Jacket: Dorothy Perkins, Shirt: H&M, Skirt: H&M, Shoes: eBay, Belt: Primark, Rings: ASOS

I wore this to go to Cafe Rouge with my family tonight. It was so hard to eat healthily whilst everyone else was eating fries and creme brulee, and I was sat there with a salad and one scoop of sorbet. I know there's only just over a week until my holiday but I'm determined to eat healthily until then so that I don't feel so bad when I'm pigging out on Greek food!

I have Gold Duke of Edinburgh on Monday and oh my god I literally have no idea why I let myself do it. The hike is for 5 days in Snowdonia and it's going to be so rainy and foggy and blehhh. The thought of going is actually upsetting me.

On a different note, I'm loving my new bag from Oasap (click HERE) It's a perfect size and the flat top studs are so gorgeous. I have too many studded things.. I need to stop.

I'll post again once I'm back from D of E! See you then! Xxx

Favourite Fragrances

These are my favourite perfumes at the moment!

Daisy by Marc Jacobs
I've been buying this perfume for about 3 years now.. I know some people hate the smell of this, but I really like it! It's quite strong and a bit overpowering if you spray too much, but a little bit goes a long way, meaning it always lasts me ages! It's definitely something I wear more in Autumn/Winter though (I prefer lighter perfumes when it's hot), so I haven't been using it during the day as much lately but I still love it for the evening.

Daring by Victoria's Secret
This is a fragrance I picked up in New York in February, but I've only started wearing it in the last month really. It's gorgeous though! It's so summery and light, and the smell really reminds me of apples. And I loooove the little squeezy top thing! The only thing is that the scent doesn't last that long, but that's to be expected with a light fragrance.

Dior Addict by Dior
I actually love this perfume. Like the Daisy perfume, it's been a solid favourite of mine for years now, but I don't buy it as regularly because it is pretty pricey. My mum bought me this generously sized bottle when she went to Turkey last week, so hopefully this should last me a while! The smell is so gorgeous - it's sweet, but not sickly at all - and you literally only need the tiniest bit and I can smell it on me all day. Ah, I can't praise it enough.

The One by Dolce & Gabbana
I should really try out new perfumes hehe... this is another one that I've been using for ages. It's another love or hate one for many people. I've read a lot of reviews that have said it's amazing and others who have said they can't stand it, but in my opinion, it's gorgeous. It smells SO good - kind of warm if that makes sense? Like vanilla, but not as sweet. (I cannot describe fragrances for the life of me) It smells a lot more 'grown up' than most my perfumes, which are usually flowery/fruity. Out of all of the perfumes, this is the one I use the most as it's a good perfume for day and night time and if I had to pick a favourite of the lot it would probably be this one. I get so sad when it's nearly run out!

Accessorize Perfume
This was given to me by Shope a few weeks ago (how cute), and it's so lovely. I've been wearing it a lot to school, as I hate wearing some of my other ones as everyday perfumes because I feel like I'm wasting them, but this one smells amazing considering it's only £15 in Accessorize. Plus it's pretty long lasting as well! It's quite sweet and fruity smelling, which isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I really like sweet scents. It's definitely a perfect summer perfume.. I plan on taking it on holiday with me!

What are your favourite perfumes this summer? xxx

Floral OOTE

Shirt: Mums old shirt, Disco Pants: Glamorous, Shoes: ASOS, Clutch: H&M, Rings: ASOS, Watch: Casio

Quick OOTE before I go out! I'm going to an evening BBQ tonight, and then a friend's house party afterwards! I always get so stressed when I'm getting ready. How can I manage to spend so much but still feel like I have no clothes? Anyway, I usually end up resorting to my mums wardrobe, where I found this lovely shirt! I always nick her clothes haha :)

Oh and how good are these disco pant lookalikes!? They pretty much look identical to the AA ones, but are £40 cheaper! I've linked them for you above.

Have a good weekend! xxx
